What are the terms and conditions for using the jetskis?
Our jet skis must be used in accordance with all local boating laws and regulations and may only be operated by registered riders listed in the rental agreement. The jet skis are for freshwater use only and must not be used in saltwater. They may not be used for racing, reckless operation, towing unauthorized equipment, or any illegal activities. A valid government-issued ID (and boating license or safety certification if required by law) and a security deposit are required.
What is the security deposit?
Our security deposit starts at $750 and is fully refundable. We typically place an authorization hold on a credit or debit card, though we also accept Venmo or Zelle if preferred. While a card is generally required, we're happy to work with you on the payment method that's most convenient. Our security deposit starts at $1,000 and is fully refundable. The deposit is held to cover any potential damages, excessive cleaning, or other rental agreement violations. Drive time to and from your destination is allowed and does not count toward your rental period. As long as the jet skis and trailer are returned in the same condition they were rented, your deposit will be refunded in full. Please note: operators under the age required by our insurance policy may be subject to a higher security deposit or additional requirements.Please note: drivers under the age of 21 are subject to a higher deposit, typically around $2,000, due to increased insurance considerations for younger drivers.
What is your insurance policy?
Yes — full coverage insurance is required for all rentals. If your existing policy doesn't provide sufficient coverage for the jetskis, we offer supplemental insurance to fill the gap. Just reach out before your rental date and we'll get you sorted.
Do you provide your own insurance?
Yes — but only supplemental. You'll still need your own full coverage policy to rent. If your coverage limit is lower than the value of the car (say, your policy covers $100K but you're renting a $300K Lamborghini), our supplemental insurance can cover up to an additional $200K to close the gap.
What is your fuel policy?
The jetskis is provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. If the jetski is returned with less fuel, the missing amount will be charged according to our current fuel rates.
What happens if I return the jetskis late?
In the event of a late return, additional fees will apply based on our hourly or daily rental rates. If you anticipate returning the jet skis later than your scheduled return time, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange an extension, subject to availability.
